Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Ghee 2 tbsp ( for dough)
  4. Chop nuts(kaju,badam),elaichi powder,mawa 1/4 cup, powder sugar 1/4 cup
  5. Sugar syrup- sugar 1 cup,water 1/2 cup .make it to 1 string consistency


  1. Knead a dough with the help of lukewarm water keep it aside
  2. Prepare stuffing by adding​ all ingredients under stuffing
  3. Pinch balls out of dough and roll out with a rolling pin
  4. Stuff mixture in it and bring all the sides together and pinch the seam
  5. Make all the kachoris like this
  6. Now take a wok add ghee and fry in low flame like we fry gujiyas
  7. When all the kachoris are fried put them in sugar syrup for sometime
  8. Now take out kachoris in a serving plate and garnish with rose petals
