Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 litre full cream milk.
  2. 2 teaspoons vinegar.
  3. 1 cup sugar.
  4. 5 tablespoons Hersheys caramel syrup.
  5. 3 cups water.
  6. 2 crushed cardamom.


  1. Boil the milk in a heavy bottom pan .
  2. Once it's starts boiling add 3 tablespoons hersheys caramel syrup and mix properly.
  3. Once the milk comes to boil add vinegar.
  4. Let the milk curdled remove from the gas and filter the chhena(cheese) in a muslin cloth.
  5. Rinse the chhena properly under running water.
  6. Drain the excess water .knead the chhena properly.
  7. Add semolina and knead again to make a smooth dough.
  8. Add water and sugar to a wide pan and boil.
  9. Add 2 tablespoons Hersheys caramel syrup and crushed cardamoms into the boiling sugar syrup.
  10. Add chhena balls to the boiling syrup,cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.
  11. Turn off the heat and let them cool.
  12. Serve caramel rasgullas.
