  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 1 cup Gram Flour
  3. Salt
  4. Red chilli powder
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 1/2 tbdp garamasala powder
  7. oil

Instructions

  1. Firstly soaked the oats 15 min.then add all ingredients .
  2. Take appe pan Greece the oil nd fill the better in appe pan .then cooked both sides .nd served with your favourite chutny.
