Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked left over oats 1 bowl
  2. Shredded carrot 2
  3. Shredded paneer 2 big pcs
  4. Boiled potatoes 2
  5. Shredded onion 1.5
  6. All purpose flour for coating
  7. oil to fry
  8. Sugar or shreddedgur 1.5 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix cooked oats, shredded carrots, shredded onion, and shredded boiled potatoes in a bowl
  2. Add dhaniya powder, amchur, garam masala, salt and mirchi
  3. Also add shredded gur or powdered sugar..a teaspoon.
  4. Mix well and coat it with all purpose flour paste made up by mixing little water
  5. Now fry it till golden brown and garnish it with shredded radish
  6. Serve with tomato ketchup
