These momos are made up of cabbage ,carrot,paneer with mild flavours,bit spicy and are steamed ,so enjoy them with sweet tomato ketchup...

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For dough :All purpose flour/maida -1cup
  2. Salt-1/2 tsp
  3. Oil 2 tsp
  4. Water to need dough
  5. For filling
  6. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  7. 1 cup grated cabbage
  8. Paneer 1/4 cup
  9. Onion -1
  10. Garlic cloves -5
  11. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  12. Black pepper-1/2 tsp
  13. Salt-1/2 tsp
  14. Oil-2tsp
  15. Green chilli -1

Instructions

  1. First for dough,take maida in bowl add salt,oil mix well then add water as much required to knead dough.
  2. Now keep it at rest for 15 minutes.
  3. For filling:squeeze water from carrot and cabbage.for this take them in a cloth and squeeze it.
  4. Next take oil in pan ,add chopped garlic to it,saute it
  5. Then add chopped green chilli,onion saute for a minute ,add ginger,salt,pepper
  6. Next add cabbage and carrot cook for a minute ,so that all gets well ,add paneer grated to it.
  7. Now let it cool completely.
  8. Next make small balls of dough
  9. Roll it to small tgin roti ,at centre place one spoon of stuffing,from one side fold it making ribbons and from other side seal it.
  10. Make all in same way.
  11. Then cook in steamer for 15 minutes.
  12. Enjoy hot momos
