Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 boiled potato
  2. 1/2tsp pepper powder
  3. 1/2tbsp cream
  4. 2tbsp milk
  5. 2tbsp grated cheese
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 tbsp butter
  8. Paneer tikka
  9. 1/2 cup grated Paneer
  10. 1tsp chili powder
  11. 1/2tsp pepper powder
  12. 1/2tsp chili flakes
  13. Peri Peri 1/4 tsp
  14. 1/2 tsp oregano
  15. 1tbsp ketchup
  16. 1tsp red chilli sauce
  17. Salt to taste
  18. 1/2mashed potato

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut potato into half and pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistle when it is cool remove the potato and remove the skin of potato keep aside take mini blender to this add potato cream salt butter and pepper make coarse paste collect the mashed potato
  2. Take a microwave bowl to this add grated cheese and microwave for 40 second mix well keep aside
  3. Take a bowl add grated Paneer to this add chili powder chili flakes mashed potato salt ketchup Peri Peri powder pepper powder oregano red chili sauce mix well keep aside
  4. Make tikka like this keep aside
  5. Heat the pan add 1 tbsp oil when oil is hot fry the Paneer tikka on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes remove and keep it on paper napkin towel
  6. Take a serving plate place the mash potato on top of mashed potato place the Paneer tikka
  7. Yummy and spicy mash potato with spicy Paneer tikka is ready thank you happy cooking
