Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. milk 1 litre
  2. China grass 10 grams
  3. sugar 150 to 200 grams
  4. pista essence 1 teaspoon
  5. vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  6. mango essence one teaspoon

Instructions

  1. First boil the milk in a saucepan.
  2. Soak china grass in water for 10mins.
  3. In this stage add china grass and wait till it dissolves completely.
  4. Now add sugar and stir for 5mins and divide the milk into 3 portions.add pista essence,mango essence and vanilla essence in 3 diff portions.
  5. Take a disposable glass or transparent glass and pour the first portion in all the glass in same level.
  6. Keep it in fridge and set for 20mins and repeat this procedure for other two portion of milk and set all together for 2hrs and serve..
  7. If it's disposal glass then flip it upside down and serve..
