Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach washed and finely chopped 2-3 cups
  2. Chana Dal flour 1 cup
  3. ajwain 1 teaspoon
  4. Sesame seeds 2 teaspoons
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil for greasing
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Red chilli powder as per taste
  9. Green chillies and garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, take chopped spinach, chana dal flour, ajwain, green chillies garlic paste, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste
  2. Mix well everything in to a uniform mixture
  3. Keep it aside for a minute for rest
  4. By the time grease waffle maker with some oil
  5. Now take sufficient amount of ready palak vadi mixture and spread / arrange on waffle plates
  6. Close the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes
  7. Ready to serve
  8. Serve hot immediately with green chutney tomato sauce or mayonnaise dip , it taste really yum and crisp
  9. It can also be served as Starter
