Blasting Bhindi

Ingredients to make Blasting Bhindi

  • oil 2 tbsp
  • Ajwain 1 tsp
  • hari mirch 3
  • bhindi 250 gms
  • onions 3 large
  • A pinch of haldi powder
  • jeera powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • salt as required

How to make Blasting Bhindi

  1. Wash Bhindi and let it dry for some time and then cut into pieces.
  2. Take a wok and add oil. After a few seconds add ajwain and hari mirch and let it sputter.
  3. Add Bhindi and saute well.
  4. Make a well in the Bhindis and drop sliced onions.
  5. Cover and cook the onions with Bhindi for 1 minute.
  6. Add all the dry masalas including namak and mix everything.
  7. Stir occasionally thrice is enough.
  8. Serve hot with chapati.

My Tip:

Cut bhindi slanted so that the masala blends well.
