Vegetables Daliya ( broken wheats)

Ingredients to make Vegetables Daliya ( broken wheats)

  • 3/4 cups daliya (broken whole wheats)
  • 2 tsp chopped carrot
  • 2 tsp chopped capsicum
  • 1 tsp chopped onion
  • 2 tsp green peas
  • 2 tsp corn seeds(optional)
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp chopped tomatoes
  • salt to taste
  • 2 pinch turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp jeera seeds
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp green coriander chopped

How to make Vegetables Daliya ( broken wheats)

  1. take a cooker put oil in it of full heat
  2. add jeers seeds let it brown
  3. add garlic and onion and sauté for 1 minute on medium heat
  4. add 2 glass water in it
  5. now add all veggies in it
  6. add salt, turmeric powder, and coriander powder
  7. now add broken wheat and lid the cooker
  8. let 1 whistle comes on full heat then reduce flame
  9. cook on low flame for 7 minutes then off flame
  10. let then cooker cools down than garnish with chopped green coriander and serve

My Tip:

You can add any veggies of your choice
