It's a snack made from soya nuggets, broken wheat which is nutritious.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup broken wheat (daliya)
  2. 8 to 10 soya nuggets
  3. salt to taste
  4. 1 cup chopped coriander
  5. 4 to 5 green chillies chopped
  6. 1 cup grated carrot
  7. 1tbsp Cornflour
  8. 1tbsp rice flour
  9. 1tsp garam masala powder
  10. 1tsp chat masala powder
  11. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  12. 1 slice bread

Instructions

  1. Soak overnight daliya (broken wheat )
  2. Next day drain the water out. Then in a bowl add hot water soak soya nuggets
  3. Squeeze out the water completely from the soya nuggets an keep aside
  4. Then in the mixer grind soya nuggets, broken daliya into a coarse paste
  5. Then add chopped coriander, green chillies, cornflour, rice flour, salt, garam masala powder, chat masala powder, bread, carrot and mix well
  6. Then give a shape of kababs an deep fry it
