Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ridgegourd 1 cup
  2. Moongdal 1/2 cup
  3. Idly rice 1 cup
  4. Urad dal 2 tablespoons
  5. Green chillies 3
  6. Jeera 1 teaspoon
  7. Coriander leaves few
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Gingelly oil for making dosa

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut ridgegourd into cubes
  2. Wash and soak moongdal, idly rice and urad dal in water for about four hours
  3. Drain the excess water and grind in mixie into slightly course paste along with green chillies,salt and jeera.Add soaked water if necessary.
  4. Now add the ridgegourd into it and grind again into smooth paste
  5. Heat the tawa and pour a laddle of batter and spread evenly in circular shape. Drizzle oil around the dosa and cook on both sides until crisp.
  6. Ridgegourd moongdal dosa ia ready to serve along with chutney or sambar
