Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabudana(Sago) 1/2cup
  2. Boiled Potatoes 2medium
  3. Roasted crushed Peanut 2tbsp
  4. Ghee /oil for shallow fry
  5. Whole cumin 1tsp
  6. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  7. Green chilli
  8. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Soak sago for overnight or 3-4hrs in water.Drain excess water with the help of strainer.
  2. In a big bowl,Take boiled mashed potatoes,sago,green chi,whole cumin,coriander leaves ,peanut(crushed) and salt. Mix it together nicely.
  3. Make a round ball or flat ball. Shallow or deep fry it.
  4. Serve it with own favourite chutney.
