Ingredients Serving: 6
4 big size boiled potatoes
Coriander leaves chopped
Curry leaves
Sarson seeds
Hing
Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilli chopper 1
For vada we will make batter with besan
1/2 cup besan
4tbspoon water or till you reach a thick batter
Some salt
Turmeric
For red chutney 1cup fresh coconut
1/2 cup white sesame seeds
Peanuts 1/4th cup
4 tablespoons red chilli powder
Garlic 10 cloves
Instructions
Boil potato 1st mash them and let them cool
In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds and hing
Add curry leaves and green chilli
Now add the turmeric mix well
Now add masher potatos and fry well
Add salt
Now add chopper coriander
Make a fine paste and let it get cool
Now make chutney
Heat a pan add fresh coconut and sesame seeds and garlic
Fry on low medium flame for 10 minutes
Now let it cool and grind in mixer
Now add the red chilli powder to it
Now we will fry vada in a deep pan
Make round balls coat with besan batter and deep fry on medium flame
Now give a cut to your pav and 1st of all add red chutney than vada than top some green chutney(optional)
Serve hot
