Instant dosa made from rava, egg and veggies

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rava/suji - 1/2 cup
  2. Egg - 1
  3. Chopped Onion - 1 tbsp
  4. Chopped Capsicum - 1 tbsp
  5. Chopped Green chilli - 1 tsp
  6. Salt - As required
  7. Water - As required

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl take fine rava/ suji.
  2. Add enough water to make thin batter.
  3. Add chopped onions, capsicum and green chillies.
  4. Add egg and salt in batter.
  5. Mix all well.
  6. Whisk it till form a thin batter.
  7. Heat a nonstick tava.
  8. Pour a ladle full batter in tava and spread like dosa.
  9. Drizzle a little oil over dosa.
  10. When one side cooked flip it over and cook another side.
  11. Remove carefully from tava and enjoy hot dosa with chutney.
