Instant dosa made from beetroot carrot and rava

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Beetroot - 1 (grated)
  2. Grated Carrot - 1 tbsp
  3. Rava/suji - 2 tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt - As required
  6. Water - As required
  7. Oil - 2 tsp


  1. In a big bowl take grated beetroot.
  2. Add suji/rava in it.
  3. Add water, salt and red chilli powder.
  4. Make a semi thick batter.
  5. Heat nonstick tava.
  6. Spread batter from big spoon on tava.
  7. Drizzle little oil over batter.
  8. When it cooks from one side flip from spatula and cook from another side.
  9. Remove carefully from tava.
  10. Enjoy beetroot dosa with peanut chutney.
