Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chanadal 150gms
  2. Maida 200gms
  3. Salt 1tsp
  4. Oil 2tsp
  5. Green chilli 4
  6. Garlic cloves 5
  7. Cumin seeds half tsp
  8. Haldi half tsp
  9. Curry leaves 1/4cup
  10. Urad dal half tsp


  1. Take a bowl put chana dal pour water 2 soak 5 hours
  2. Strain water transfer to blender add chillies,salt,cumin seeds,garlic
  3. Make fine paste transfer to a bowl kee a side
  4. Take another bowl put flore,salt,oil mix well as palms free
  5. Make as soft doe keep a side rest for 10mins
  6. Take a small amount doe make a role fill up chana dal paste
  7. Close nicely cover fully when this stuffed fara going to steam
  8. It will not come out ..once prepare all fara transfer to container
  9. 20mins steam at then take out cut tri angle pieces
  10. Heat the fri pan pour oil put cumin seeds,urad dal
  11. When it's splits put haldi,curry leaves put chopped fara pieces
  12. Add salt mix well take out to serving plate
  13. Serve with tomato chutney with tea
