Ingredients to make Puri Poori

  • Whest flour 4 cups
  • water for kneading
  • salt a pinch
  • oil for frying

How to make Puri Poori

  1. Mix salt, wheat flour and by adding a little oil followed by sufficient water knead it into a stiff dough.
  2. Take a small amount and roll it on a rolling board by a rolling pin.
  3. Deep fry in oil till it turns golden from both sides.
  4. Crispy poori is ready.
