Matar paneer in a creamy yummy curry.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 katori matar
  2. 150gm paneer
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 2-3 cloves of garlic
  6. 1 small piece of ginger
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1 green chilli
  9. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/4th tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1/4th tsp garam masala
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Pinch of Kasuri methi
  15. 2 katori water
  16. 1/2 cup malai
  17. 1 tbsp oil


  1. GrInd onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli.
  2. Take a wok add oil and cumin seeds.
  3. As it started crackling add ground masala.
  4. Cook for a minute.
  5. Add pureed tomato.
  6. Cook the mixture untill oil separates from the sides.
  7. Add malai and mix it.
  8. Add dry masalas and saute it.
  9. Add boiled peas and paneer.
  10. Saute it.
  11. Add water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle kasuri methi.
