Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200g Paneer cubed
  2. Matar - 200 gms
  3. Chopped onion - 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  5. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  6. Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Chopped green chili - 2-3
  9. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  10. Chopped tomato - 1
  11. Oil - 2 tbsp
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter cumin seeds
  2. Add onion and saute till onion turns golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder, green chilies, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt and mix well
  4. Now add tomato with little water and saute for 4-5 minutes over medium flame.
  5. Fry the masala till the oil starts to leave the sides.
  6. Add mattar and mix well.
  7. Add water as required for gravy and bring to a boil.
  8. Cook until peas are cooked
  9. Add paneer and garam masala.and mix well
  10. Gannish with coriander leaves and serve
