Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Boiled white grams-1/2katori
  2. Salt as pertaste
  3. Black pepper powder-1/2teaspoon
  4. Coriander powder-1/4teaspoon
  5. Atta maggi noodles--boiled -1/2katori
  6. Pinch of ajwain
  7. Chopped onion-1teaspoon
  8. Tomato-1/2teaspoon
  9. Turmeric powder-1/4teaspoon
  10. Water-1glass


  1. Heat oil in a wok or pan.
  2. Add chopped ginger and garlic and saute them.
  3. Now add chopped onion and saute it.
  4. Add chopped tomato and saute it.
  5. Now add turmeric powder,black pepper powder,coriander powder ,salt as per taste and mix well.
  6. Add boiled chanas with water-1glass and boil on sim.
  7. Add boiled maggi noodles and boil on sim.
  8. Serve hot. Madhu rai kalra
