Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One cup coconut cut into small pieces
  2. Rosted gram half cup
  3. Groundnut half cup
  4. Curd two table spoon
  5. Ginger one inch
  6. Green chili two
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water as required
  9. Mustard seed one tea spoon
  10. Kari leaves 10 to 15
  11. Dried red chilli two pieces
  12. Ghee one tea spoon


  1. In a mixer jar put coconut
  2. Add rosted gram
  3. Add groundnut
  4. Add Ginger and green chili
  5. Add curd and salt
  6. Now blend all together and make a smooth paste
  7. Now take a small pan and put ghee
  8. After heating ghee add mustard seed, dry red chilli, and Kari leaves
  9. Put this tadka on chatni for taste and garnishing too
  10. Chatni is ready to eat
