Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Coarsely grinded Black gram flour (Udad dal flour) - 250 gm
  2. Coarsely grinded Gram flour ( Chana dal flour) - 100 gm
  3. Coarsely grinded Moond dal flour - 100 gm
  4. Coarsely grinded Singoda flour - 100 gm
  5. Edible Gum ( Gondh) - 50 gm
  6. Batrisu powder ( katlu) - 50 gm
  7. Ghee - 750 gm
  8. Powdered Sugar - 750 gm
  9. Cashew - 100 gm
  10. Badam - 100 gm
  11. Melon seeds - 100 gm

Instructions

  1. In a pan take 100 gm ghee. Fry edible gum in batches. Take it out in a plate. After 5 minutes crush it with the help of a bowl.
  2. In a same pan again take 100 gm ghee and add coarsely grinded black gram flour. Saute it on low to medium flame. When it becomes light golden take it out in another plate.
  3. Saute remaining flours one by one as per above procedure. Take them out in same plate.
  4. Now chop dry fruits. In a same pan take 100 gm ghee. Saute dry fruits and melon seeds in it for 10 minutes. Take them out in that same plate.
  5. Mix all the flours , dry fruits , batrisu powder and edible gum.
  6. When mixture becomes warm add powdered sugar to it. Mit it well.
  7. Now spread it in a greased plate. Spread dry fruits over the mixture.
  8. Cut it into pieces after it cools down.
