Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup bajra flour
  2. 1/2 cup jeggery
  3. 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  4. 1 tbsp ghee
  5. Oil/ ghee for frying
  6. 1 tbsp desicated coconut
  7. 1 tsp dry ginger powder
  8. 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add water and jeggery and cook till dissolve the jeggery in the water filter it with tea strainer remove the impurities
  2. Now take a mixing bowl add melted ghee and bajra flour add dry ginger powder, desicated coconut, sesame seeds, jeggery water slowly and knead a soft dough
  3. Knead with the help of your palm 5-6 minutes
  4. Heat oil or ghee in a wok on medium flame
  5. Make small ball in kneaded daugh. Take one ball and roll by some dry flour to make a small size puri shape
  6. Put in hot oil/ghee and fry till brown both side and crispy
  7. Serve and enjoy
