Methi Khichdi with til chutney

Ingredients to make Methi Khichdi with til chutney

  • mustard oil 2tbsp
  • hing 1/4tsp
  • methi seeds 2 tbsp
  • carrot chopped 1 cup
  • peas 1 cup
  • rice 1 cup
  • green chillies 3
  • salt 1.5 tsp
  • til chutney
  • til seeds 1/4 cup
  • coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Green chilli 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice 1tsp
  • curd 1 tbsp

How to make Methi Khichdi with til chutney

  1. Heat oil in a cooker , add methi and hing
  2. Add veggies and stir
  3. Add green chillies and salt
  4. Add rice and 2 cup water
  5. Stir and Cook for 2 whistle only on high heat
  6. Til chutney
  7. Roast sesame seeds for few minutes on a tawa and cool
  8. In a mixer add all the ingredients for chutney and grind
  9. Chutney ready

You can add any veggies
