Take out the inner pulp and juice from oranges.
Heat milk until boil and wait for reduce the milk into 1/2 litter
Put a pan on a gas then add the orange pulp and juices along with 1/3 cup of sugar (if the oranges are sour then add more sugar for making the orange syrup)
Stir continuously for making the consistancy of the orange syrup.
When It's turn slightly thickens and sticky then switch off the burner and set aside for cooling down.
After boiling the milk when it's reduced in 1/2 litter, then add sugar and crushed mawa
After that add all the chopped nuts (cashew-pista-almonds)and stir for 2-3 minutes
Switch off the burner and cooling down in a room temperature.
After cooling down the both of kheer and orange syrup, add the syrup into the ready kheer and mix them well
After mixing, poured the orange kheer in a orange shell or bowl
Garnish with chopped nuts & orange syrup then served
