Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 number brinjal (baigan)
  2. 1 number onion
  3. 1 number tomato
  4. 2 numbers green chilli
  5. 6 garlic cloves
  6. 1/2tea spoon ginger paste
  7. 2 table spoon oil
  8. 1/2 tea spoon salt
  9. 1/3 tea spoon chilli powder
  10. 1 tea spoon coriander powder
  11. 1/3 tea spoon turmeric powder
  12. 1/2tea spoon cuminseeds
  13. 1/2 te spoon garam masala
  14. A hand ful green coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Roast brinjal
  2. Chop tomato onion coriander leaves garlic and green chilli and ginger saperatly
  3. Peel off brinjal.
  4. Heat oil in work put cumin seeds garlic chilli ginger onion tomato stir for 3 minutes.
  5. Add brinjal turmeric coriander powder salt chilli powder and mix well for 3 minutes again.
  6. In the last put garam masala and fresh coriander.serve hot with fulka or paratha.
