Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Fresh fenugreek leaves 1 bowl
  2. Green pease 1 bowl
  3. Malaai 1 bowl
  4. 2 table spoon oil
  5. Cuminseeds 1/2tea spoon
  6. garlic cloves 8 numbers
  7. Green chilli chopped 3 numbers
  8. ginger 1 inch peace
  9. 2 numbers onion boiled
  10. 2 numbers tomato boiled
  11. 2 tea spoon honey
  12. 1 tea apoon salt
  13. 1/2 tea spoon garam masala

Instructions

  1. Boil funegreek leaves for 3 minutes drain water and boil twice in another water.
  2. Boil peas onion and tomato saperatly
  3. Blend onion ginger green chilli garlic.
  4. Blend tomato fenugreek saperatly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan put cuminseeds put onion paste stir for 2 minutes add tomato puree mix well atleast 2 minutes
  6. Add malai fenugreek paste boiled pease salt honey and garam masala
  7. Serve with naan or chapati.
