Tri Colour Raita

Ingredients to make Tri Colour Raita

  • 2 cup thick curd
  • 1/2 cup grated and boiled bottle gourd/ lauki
  • 1/4 cup boiled and chopped spinach/palak
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup Boiled and chopped potato
  • salt
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • Rock salt according to taste
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1tbsp Tutti fruity

How to make Tri Colour Raita

  1. In a bowl mix thick curd with water. Add salt then divide it into three parts.
  2. In one part add grated boiled lauki and boiled chopped spinach.
  3. In second part add boiled chopped potato and rock salt.
  4. In third part add chopped tomato and red chilli powder.
  5. Take a glass then add all one by one.
  6. Freeze it for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Then in last Garnish it with roasted cumin powder and some tutti fruity.
