ABOUT roasted dry fruits RECIPE

Its a good for winters. Dry fruits and nuts are a good source of nutients and energy.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 Cup Makhana or Foxnuts
  2. 1 Cup Cashew
  3. 1 cup almonds
  4. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  5. Rock Salt as required
  6. 1/2tea spoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan
  2. add all dry fruits and roast for a good 10 - 12 minutes on a low flame Till they become crips and crunchy keep on stirring in between.
  3. lastly add chat masala black pepper powder and rock salt.
  4. switch off the fire as you don't want the spice powders to get burnt.
  5. stir the whole mixture well.
  6. Once they cool down , store in air- tight containers
