Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 3 cup puffed rice (100 gram)
  2. 1 cup shredded jaggery(250 gram)
  3. 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Dry roast puffed rice in a wok and take out in a plate
  2. Mix sugar and water in a wok and let the jaggery melt
  3. Once the jaggery melts completely switch off the flame and mix puffed rice quickly
  4. When mixed completely wet your palms and make laddoo
