ABOUT Tri Colour Chutney RECIPE

This is my self innovation with regards to the celebration of Independence Day.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For White Colour
  2. Greated coconut - 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Green Chilli -1
  5. Dhania pata chopped- 1 tbs
  6. Sugar -1 tsp
  7. Curd - 3 tbs
  8. Mix all the ingredients & grind it smooth paste
  9. For Green Colour
  10. Avocado -1/2 pulp
  11. Kiwi - 1 chopped
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Dhania pata-2 tbs
  14. chopped Green chilli - 1 nos
  15. Sugar - 1 tbs
  16. Mix all above the ingredients and grind it ,make a fine and smooth paste.
  17. For Saffron Colour
  18. Boiled tomato puree - 1 cup (4 tomato's)
  19. Sugar - 2tbsp
  20. Salt to taste
  21. Khajur chopped - 2 nos
  22. Green chilli chopped - 1 no
  23. Oil - 1 tsp
  24. Punch fodan - 1/2 tsp
  25. Now all Chutnys are ready . For chakra -Anjeer

Instructions

  1. In a wok heat the oil add punch fodan , mirchi, and cook for about a minute on until they start releasing the flavor .
  2. Then add tomato puree ,khajur , salt and stir it ,let cook for couple of minutes ,put sugar and mix it properly.
  3. Cover the pan and continue cooking until it's cooked through, it may take 10 minutes depending on the thickness of puree. Ready to serve.
