Simple butter dosa with masala and chutney
Take the idli rice,rice and urad dal along with methi seeds and wash it.
Add 1.5 cups of water to the rice and lentil mix add the poha too
Cover and soak everything for 3 to 4 hrs
PRRPARE THE BATTER
Drain the water and grind the lentils to a fine paste adding 2/3 rd to 3/4 cup of water
Keep grinding for sometime till u feel.your blender jar has heated up
Grind in two to three batches
Remove in a big ppt add salt and cover and let it ferment for 10 to 12 hrs
You will see the batter had doubled in size
Mix the batter well and adjust the water consistency
PREPARING DOSA
Take a non stick pan and pour a laddle ful of batter and spread immediately into a big circle
Pour melted butter and cook till golden and crispy
Remove and immediately make a cone and serve with potato masala and chutney
