Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 2 tbsp semolina
  3. 2 tbsp rice flour
  4. Pinch of sugar
  5. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. For stuffing
  8. 1 cup dessicated grated coconut
  9. 3/4 cup jaggery
  10. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  11. 1 tbsp ghee


  1. Prepare batter with 1 cup of maida, 2 tbsp of semolina, 2 tbsp of rice flour with milk. Then add sugar,v as needed water and cardamom powder mix well
  2. Batter should be in flowing consistency. Keep it aside for atleast 30 mins.
  3. For stuffing Dry roast coconut powder, add grated jaggery, cardamom powder and cashew nuts and raisins mix well.prepare a thick mixture
  4. Next let it cool down a bit. Next heat the nonstick pan and grease with ghee
  5. Take ladlefull of batter and Pour on tawa and spread gently. Cook until the base gets golden brown colour.
  6. Further place the jaggery mixture in the center and fold both sides up to center.
  7. Just cook this for 2 to 3 mins in low flame.
  8. Finally enjoy this stuffed Patishapta little warm.
