Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Poha 1 cup.
  2. Curry leaves 4-5.
  3. Chopped coriander 2 tbsp.
  4. Chopped green chilli 1 tsp.
  5. Peanuts 12-15.
  6. Chopped onions 2 tbsp.
  7. Cumin seeds 1 tsp.
  8. Mustard seeds 1 tsp.
  9. Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  10. Suger to taste.
  11. Salt to taste.
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
  13. 2 tbsp sunflower oil.

Instructions

  1. Soak poha for 3minutes.
  2. Wash the poha and keep aside.
  3. Heat some oil in a kadai and shallow fry peanuts and keep aside.
  4. Now add curry leaves,mustard seeds and cumin seeds.add chopped onions and green chillies saute for sometimes.then add washed poha, fried peanuts,salt to taste ,suger to taste, and turmeric powder and mix well.
  5. Then add lemon juice in this mixture turn off the flame.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
