Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha 2 cups soaked for few min n strained.
  2. onions 4 nos longly cut
  3. potato 1 nos finely chopped
  4. tomato 1small f/ c
  5. Green chillies F/c 4 to 5 nos
  6. turmeric pwd 1 tsp
  7. red chilli pwd 1 tbsp
  8. salt to taste
  9. curry leaves
  10. coriander leaves
  11. oil 1 laddle full
  12. rai 2 tsp
  13. zeera 1tsp.


  1. In deep kadai put oil.
  2. Then add rai n let it splutter.
  3. Add jeera n curry leaves.
  4. Now add f/ c green chillies.
  5. Then add longly cut onion let it be pink.
  6. Then add potatoes n salt.
  7. Add turmeric pwd n red chilli pwd.
  8. Cook by covering the pan.
  9. When potatoes are soft add tomatoes.
  10. Pour the poha in cooked masala.
  11. Add some water if required cook on slow flame by covering the lid.
  12. Add coriander leaves when fully cooked.
  13. Serve hot with your fav namkeen n chai...lots of onions n lemon.
