Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice 2 cups
  2. rajma 1.5 cup
  3. 8 Tomato, onion, coriander, peas, Ginger, garlic, 1 cup corn
  4. 250 gms of paneer.
  5. handfull of cashews
  6. 1 glass milk
  7. salt, sugar, kasturi methi, red chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala, cumin powder, blck cardomom powder, bay leaves, cloves
  8. fresh cream

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Rice. Boli 2 cups of rice. Heat a pan. Add some butter and a little vegetable oil. Add chopped coriander. Add salt as per taste. Add 1/2 teaspoon black cardamom. Add the boiled rice. Saute it for 2-3 minutes. Rice is ready.
  2. Step 2: Corn Sauce. Heat a pan. Add a sppon of butter and a little vegetable oil to avoid butter from burning. Add 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour(maida). Avoid lumps. slowly add 1 glass of milk. Add salt and a pinch of cardamom and one cup boiled corn.
  3. Step3 : Matar Paneer. Boil 2 cups of peas. Boil 200 gms of Paneer. Add one teaspoon of oil to a frying pan. Add cumin, bay leaves. and one clove. Add 4 diced onions. Let it turn translucent. Add 5 diced tomatoes. Saute it for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas.
  4. Let the mixture cool. Add melon seeds. Then grind the mixture. Now, add a little oil in a frying pan. Add hinger garlic paste. Add the mixture. Then add a pinch of salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, kasturi methi. Add a little fresh cream.
  5. Add cashew paste. Add 3/4 glass of milk. Cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes. Add peas and panner. Cook for 2 minutes. Done!
  6. Step4: Rajma Tikki. Boil one cup rajma. Take a bowl. Add chopped coriander, onions, Green chilli, ginger, garlic, boiled rajma, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, chat masala, one tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 boiled poatoes. Mix the batter well.
  7. Make round tikkis by applying a little oil. take a frying pan and shallow fry/pan fry the tikki in vegetable oil.
  8. Step 5: Makhani Sauce. Blanche 4 tomatoes. Peel of the tomatoes skin. Grind it to make a smooth paste. Add vegetable oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and cashew paste. Add the tomatoe paste. Add 2 spoonful of fresh cream. Add 1 full spoon of sugar.
  9. Addsalt, red chilli powder, kasturi methi and very little garam masala. Cook it for 5 minutes.
