Its so healthy and delicious in taste and specially eaten during winter days and its also called one pot meal with healthy salad

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cup whole bajra
  2. 1 cup green peas
  3. 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  4. 2 chopped onion
  5. 1/4th cup chopped spring garlic
  6. 1/4th cup chopped broccoli
  7. 1 tspn chopped ginger
  8. 1 tspn chopped green chilly
  9. 1 tspn chopped garlic
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 2 tblspn desi ghee
  12. For Salad
  13. 2 small knotted cabbage
  14. 1 carrot
  15. 1 tspn lemon juice
  16. 2 tblspn chopped spring garlic
  17. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak bajra for overnight
  2. Add ghee in pressure cooker
  3. Now add chopped spring garlic and chopped onion saute for a while
  4. Now add chopped carrot and chopped broccoli
  5. Now add green peas
  6. Now strain bajra from water
  7. Add soaked bajra to veggies and stir for a while
  8. Now add ginger and green chilly and give a stir
  9. Now lastly add salt to taste and cook for a while
  10. Add 4 cups of water and close the lid and cook till 6 to 7 whistle
  11. After whistle switch the gas off and keep a side
  12. Now garnish with coriander leaves and 1 tspn of desi ghee serve hot with salad For salad 2 knotted cabbage cut into diced 1 carrot cut into diced 2 tblpsn chopped spring garlic 1 tspn lemon juice 1 green chilly chopped Salt to taste Mix all together in a bowl it's ready to serve
