A healthy and tasty starter ,Serve hot tikka with chutney.

Paneer tikka.

Ingredients to make Paneer tikka.

  • 200 gm paneer.
  • curd 4-5 tbsp.
  • 2 big onions cubed.
  • 1 green capsicum cubed.
  • 1/2 red bell paper cubed.
  • 1/2 yellow bell paper cubed.
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  • salt to taste.
  • black pepper 1 tbsp.
  • roasted gram flour 1 tbsp.
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp.
  • roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp.
  • Shahi garam masala powder 1 tbsp.
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • butter 3 tbsp.
  • 3 kabab stick.

How to make Paneer tikka.

  1. Preparation for paneer tikka chopped the paneer in big square shaped cubes.
  2. Cut capsicum into cubes and onion, red and yellow bell paper.
  3. Take a big bowl add all the ingredients for marination and make a thick paste.Now add all vaggies and paneer cubes mix and coat well.
  4. Keep it aside for minimum 1-2 hour.
  5. Skewers the veg and paneer alternetly on kabab stick.Now put some butter in nonstick grill pan.now one by one put the sticks with vegetables on the grill pan.keep the flame in medium.
  6. Fry the tikkas.
