ABOUT Uttapam RECIPE

A very flavourful south indian cuisine. Intrigues taste buds in one of those gloomy days.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dosa mix 6 ladles
  2. Onion - 1 medium chopped
  3. Tomato - 1 medium chopped
  4. Grren chilli - 3 chopped
  5. Coriander leaves - handful chopped ( optional)
  6. Salt
  7. Oil

Instructions

  1. Take dosa mix in a bowl. Add salt to it. Heat dosa pan. Make sure the temperature does not rise up. If it does put some water and wait till the water is evaporated. Put some oil on it Put 3 ladles of dosa mix and spread it a little. Put chopped onion, tomato, green chilli. And some oil.
  2. Cover it with a lid and cook for 2-3 mins
  3. Open the lid and turn the sides. Cook for 3-4 mins.
  4. Serve hot with chutney
