Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potatoes 4nos.
  2. Besan 2cups.
  3. Red chilly powder 1table spoon.
  4. Turmeric powder 1tea spoon.
  5. Cumin powder 1tea spoon.
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. Chat masala 1tea spoon
  8. Chopped gree chillies 4nos.
  9. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2cup.
  10. Soda bi carb 1/2tea spoon.
  11. Oil for deep frying.


  1. Take besan in a bowl ,add 1teaspoon red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and soda bi carb.Mix well and make a batter of dropping consistency.Set aside.
  2. Mash boiled potatoes.Add all the remaining ingredients.Mix well and make golf ball sized balls.
  3. Flatten the balls,dip in besan batter and deep fryon medium flame till golden.
  4. Serve with chutney.
