a simple quite easier snack loved by kids and to make their evening more crunchier

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. chicken boneless-250gms
  2. redchilli powder-1tsp
  3. lemon juice-1/2
  4. pepper powder
  5. ginger garlic paste-2tsp
  6. hotchilli red sauce-1tsp
  7. salt
  8. garlic and chilli paste-1tsp
  9. soy sauce-1tsp
  10. whisked egg-1
  11. italian herbs-2tsp
  12. rusk powder-1cup
  13. oil

Instructions

  1. first clean the chicken and cut it into strips
  2. marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, gg paste, garlic chilli paste,hot chilli sauce, soy sauce pepper powder,salt and lemon juice
  3. keep aside for about 10mins
  4. beat egg well and keep aside
  5. to the rusk powder add the italian herbs
  6. now take the marinated chicken pieces dip it in whisked egg and coat well in rusk powder
  7. deep fry it till golden brown on both sides
  8. best served for tea or cofee
