Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cup soaked sago
  2. 1cup grinded gronndnut
  3. 3 boiled mashed potatoes
  4. 3 to 4 green chilli
  5. 1cup chopped coriander
  6. 2tsp cumin seeds
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First we soak sago (sabudana) overnight with enough water
  2. Take soaked sago in a large bowl add ground nut powder
  3. Add boiled mashed potatoes and chopped green chillies
  4. Add chopped coriander leaves and cumin seeds
  5. Add salt and make vada as tikkies with your palm
  6. Heat oil in kadai and fry all vada till they turns golden brown
  7. Serve and enjoy endlessly with sweet curd or chutney
