Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup hung curd
  2. 1tablespoon besan
  3. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspoon amchur powder
  5. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  6. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  7. 1 tsp garam masala
  8. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  9. Red color (optinal)
  10. Salt (according to your taste)
  11. 1 1/2 tablespoon gnger garlic paste
  12. 100 gram paneer (cut into cubes)
  13. 1 capsicum (cut into cubes)
  14. 1 onion (cut into cubes)

Instructions

  1. In a deep bowl incorporate the curd besan, ginger garlic paste and all the other ingredients.
  2. Give them a good mix until spices are combined properly.
  3. Add the paneer capsicum and onion and mix until they are coated properly with the mixture.
  4. Keep aside the mixture for about 30 mins.
  5. After 30 mins, place the onion paneer and capsicum in skewers and grill for about 12 mins.
  6. Serve with your favourite chutneys.
