Crispy aloo palak sev

Ingredients to make Crispy aloo palak sev

  • 1 cup besan(gram flour)
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 boiled grated potato
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • A pinch asafoetida
  • A pinc soda
  • 1,1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 cup palak juice(extract)
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste

How to make Crispy aloo palak sev

  1. In besan add all masala,palak juice potato and oil
  2. Knead soft dough
  3. Greece sev maker with oil from all sides
  4. Fill sev mix little by little with greecy hands
  5. Heat oil
  6. U can alsouse grater for sev
  7. Fry till crispy first few minutes on high flame later on medium flame

My Tip:

Add ginger garlic paste
