Nankhatai recipe

Ingredients to make Nankhatai recipe

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1/4 cup semolina(suji)
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (elaichi powder)

How to make Nankhatai recipe

  1. More making naan khatai mix ghee & powder sugar whisk till they become fluffy..
  2. Mix all purpose flour,gram flour and semolina. Now add baking powder and cardamom powder in it and mix it nicely.
  3. Now add flour mixture in ghee & sugar mixture
  4. We use all the ingredients are quantity for making naan khatai ex: (100 gms flour(all purpose flour,gram flour, semolina) 100 gms powder sugar,100 gms ghee)
  5. If the better appears to be dry then add a little amount of milk..
  6. Grease baking tray with some ghee
  7. Take little amount of dough and roll into a naan khatai shape
  8. Keep the as it for 10 mins
  9. Preheat oven 200° c for 10 mins
  10. Now bake 180° c for 12 to 15 min cheak once after 10 mins because every oven temperature should be different
  11. Naan khatai is now ready to eat

My Tip:

Every ingredients should be on room temperature...
