#Peanut Burfi

Ingredients to make #Peanut Burfi

  • peanuts 250 gm
  • sugar 3/4 cup
  • Water 1/2 the quantity of sugar
  • Khoya 1/2 cup

How to make #Peanut Burfi

  1. Dry roast the peanuts. Once cooled, remove the husk and grind it coarsely.
  2. Heat a pan and add sugar and water. Cook till you get a syrup of two thread sugar syrup consistency.
  3. Add the khoya and let it dissolve. Then add the coarsely grounded peanuts. Mix it well.
  4. Grease a plate. Pour the mixture into this plate and flatten it.
  5. After 5 minutes, mark diamond shapes with the help of a knife.
  6. Once it is dried, cut out the diamonds and relish it.
