Orange alloo sabzi

Ingredients to make Orange alloo sabzi

  • 1cup alloo pealed diced
  • 1cup onion slices
  • 1cup orange juice
  • 1/2cup green peas
  • 1tsp orange zest
  • 1tsp garam masala
  • 1/2tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2tsp turmeric
  • 1tsp cumin,mustard seeds
  • 3tsp oil
  • Hakf tsp grated ginger

How to make Orange alloo sabzi

  1. Before start to prepare this sabji I take pulp free fresh orange juice
  2. Heat a cadai pour oil add cumin,mustard seeds when it's splits add chopped green chilli,onion pieces
  3. Keep statute once onion. Turns transperant then add ginger piace mix up then add alloo,green peas on to cadai ..
  4. Fri 2 mins once all well mixed then add salt,chilli,turmeric,cumin,coriander powders
  5. Mix well pour orange juice on to cadai keep cook once it's alloo perfectly Cooked then add Orange zest on to sabji
  6. Close lid 2 mins once orange juice ,zest flavour binds to alloo then pour in to serving bowl
  7. Ready to serve

My Tip:

Frogen orange juice also can be to make this sabji
