Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wadi urad 8-10
  2. Potato 2 cut into small pieces
  3. Oil for frying wadis and making sabzi
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 11/2tsp
  7. coriander leaves 3 tsp


  1. Fry wadis in oil
  2. Grind onion in a mixer.in a kadai heat oil then add red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder and salt till masala is ready {oil leaves from kadai}
  3. Now add chopped potatoes and fried wadis in it.mix evenly
  4. Transfer it in pressure cooker now pressure cook it for 2 whistles and sim for few minutes after adding water.
  5. Transfer it to the casserole when sabzi is ready
  6. Enjoy with roti or rice
