Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cup suji
  2. 1/2 litre chaas or dahi
  3. Salt
  4. Chopped carrot, beetroot, capsicum
  5. Water
  6. Eno
  7. For chutney
  8. Chopped nariyal
  9. Salt
  10. Sugar
  11. Curd
  12. Kachi moongfali
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. Kari patta
  15. Lemon juice
  16. Green chillies

Instructions

  1. Soak suji in dahi or chaasfor half an hour
  2. Add chopped vegetables and salt and mix well
  3. Add eno and little water and mix well
  4. Grease the idli mould and put the batter on it and let it cook in the steamer
  5. For chutney
  6. Add all ingredients and grind it
  7. Serve idli with chutney
